Our Swimming Club

​

Wimborne Wagtails is a local club offering swimming, water therapy and social activities to anyone with a physical, learning or hidden disability.

​

We are open to members of all ages and their family and friends.  

Our pool volunteers are made up of swim helpers who provide assistance in the water.  Carers/parents should be prepared to offer support in the pool themselves at every session.

• Our members have varying disabilities including cerebral palsy, heart conditions, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, post-operative conditions, autism, Down’s syndrome, learning difficulties and epilepsy.
   

• We provide a supervised, safe and friendly environment for disabled people to swim and improve their health.
   

• We swim every Saturday.
